THE START OF A PROJECT

Our main focus lies in new development and conversion of (monumental) buildings in the Netherlands and Western Europe. Every project asks for a specific approach. We will evaluate under what brand of the global hotel chains we will place the hotel. Together with a group of architects, designers, and project developers, Black Label Hotels advises investors in the best possible way to optimize the project for use as an upper-upscale or luxury hotel in the lifestyle segment.

AN AMBITIOUS, DYNAMIC HOSPITALITY GROUP

Our current presence and ambition have led to Multi Development Agreements which we can now channel towards our desired brands. However, our ambition goes beyond this. Our growth is planned strategically, only focusing on signing lifestyle brands from economy to upper-upscale level. Our growth will make us a hotel operator with hotels throughout the Netherlands and eventually in Western Europe.

DOUBLETREE BY HILTON

Doubletree by Hilton Sittard

At the first DoubleTree by Hilton in the south of the Netherlands, Sittard, we welcome you with a Burgundian hospitality. From our warm cookie upon arrival to exceeding your expectations throughout your whole stay until the very last minute. Ideally located for the perfect city break or business trip, just a five-minute walk to the city center of Sittard and Merici Hotel Sittard, and only a 25- minute drive to the historical center of Maastricht and conference center MECC. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and diner at restaurant The College. Bar Bisco offers breakfast to go, small bites and drinks throughout the day. The building used to be an all-boys school called 'Bisschoppelijk College'. The monumental building, from 1905, has her own character due to the historical elements. These historical elements are remained and incorporated into the modern and contemporary design.

Our restaurant The College inspired by a French Bistro style, serving modern dishes but also the traditional French classics in a relaxed and modern ambiance. The College offers breakfast, lunch and diner and a lovely brunch on Sunday's. When the Dutch weather allows it, you can also take a seat on our sunny terrace.

Bar Bisco

Bar Bisco offers an uncomplicated and relaxed experience with a personal approach, the ideal spot for a nice drink with a historical atmosphere in the former chapel. You can start your mornings with a fresh brewed coffee and a breakfast to go and finish the day with drinks in the evening. Fancy a quick bite? Bar Bisco has the perfect selection of a few small dishes. In case the weather allows it, you are welcome to take place on our intimate courtyard terrace.

A beautiful 31 key property located in direct connection with the charming Vondelpark in Amsterdams beloved neighborhood Oud-West. The term boutique hotel is often mis-used, however the term could be invented for this specific project. Originally designed as residential properties in 1878, by famous Dutch architect HJ Wigman. The project offers everything a boutique hotel needs. A Beautiful piece of real estate, with a small number of rooms in order for our guests to feel super special and part of the “in crowd”.
